Our brother Zared's viewing will be from 5-9pm Monday, June 29 at the Neal Funeral Home 200 S. Washington Ave Cleveland, TX.  Funeral services will be held 10 am Tuesday, June 30 at the same location with the burial to follow in Coldspring, TX.   We are asking all pilots to wear their uniform (whether airline or corporate) in Zared's honor.  In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to help assist April with hospital/funeral/living expenses.

We will be posting all Zared's funeral arrangements on here as they are settled to keep everyone updated.

Our dear brother has passed away about an hour ago. We appreciate all the prayers for our family. God is and was in control, He knows His plan and we pray in time that we will as well. Please continue to pray for our family, especially my new sister, Zared's new wife, April. This is so hard on all of us. Pray that someone will be saved through the testimony of Zared and this last week! "The LORD giveth and the LORD taketh away, blessed be the name of the LORD." Job 1:21b

Zared' O2 levels have dropped drastically to 81 they plummeted to 64 and keeps fluctuating.  This is the last attempt to dislodge the mucus.  The rest is up to GOD. We thank all for your prayers and support.  God is not through yet!!! Any outcome is in His hands.

If anyone is awake right now, please pray for Zared RIGHT NOW!!! Don't know all the details, but know that he is having respiratory problems this very second. Please pray for him to be able to come out of this coma smoothly b/c if he does not, they will have to put him back into the coma. Continue to pray for April as well. She is continually by his side.

They are slowly taking Zared off the meds that are keeping him in the medically induced coma.  His O2 levels were low for the 1st time this evening, and his ICP has hovered around 20-26.  They have started him on morphine to help with the pain if/ when he comes out of the coma.  They have limited visitors to only being accompanied by April because of this delicate process.  Speech is limited in the room as well as tones and touch.  Please keep praying as this could be a rough night.

Zared had a good night. His ICP level has remained consistent. They have raised his body temperature another degree Celsius. If he remains stable through this, they will begin to take him off the meds and start to take him out of the coma. They took his neck brace off. We are excited about that. That means that they are positive that there is no neck or back injuries. They haven't done the lung x-ray yet, so we will update as soon as we can. Thank you for your continued prayer. Please pray that when they take him out of this coma, he will wake up as he never gained consciousness before they put him in the coma. We have been touched by all the emails and have been faithfully reading them to Zared!

Zared has maintained a consistent ICP level which has not exceeded 21.  They have raised his body temperature back up by one degree and they said his lungs sounded a little bit better.  They will do another lung x-ray tomorrow to better assess the situation. Keep Praying!!!

Zared had another good night.  His ICP's have been maxing at 21 for about 2 hrs.  Any sign that he is stabilizing is great.  His Pneumonia stage is critical now.  The Dr. said that he is surprised Zared even survived. We still do not know if he will make it yet.  God is in control. We are thrilled with the responses that we have gotten and have been reading Zared every email, card, and letter he has received.
